My philosophy of clinical supervision is to support therapists in adhering to the highest ethical standards, using effective, evidence-based treatments, giving feedback that promotes self-awareness and self-reflection, and believing in their own style of counseling, which is the key ingredient to good therapy and client outcomes.

Catharyn Fite, LPCC, CST provides clinical supervision to non-independently licensed individuals interested in pursuing independent licensure in the state of New Mexico. She is Certified by the American Association for Sex Counselors, Educators, and Therapists (AASECT) as a Sex Therapist, is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
